Brian R van Uitert
I joined Momentum Loans in 2017 as a senior mortgage loan consultant. For the last 26 years, my wife and I have lived in Layton Utah where we raised 4 beautiful daughters. We are now blessed to have to 2 sons-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter who has quickly become the favorite of the family. When I am not at work, I like to stay active doing fun things, such as, road cycling, boating (along with all of the associated water sports), hiking, yard work and traveling to fun places to make lasting memories.
Back in 1994, I graduated from the University of Utah, with a degree in Organizational Communication. The day after I completed my degree, I put on a tie and went to work as a mortgage loan officer here I am, still going at it. I really love the work that I do and if I had to specify what I like most about my job, I would say that it’s the people. I have been blessed to work with amazing people and I have been fortunate enough to see clients become lifelong friends. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new clients and building a friendship with each one of them.
Whenever I work with someone, my goal is to make sure I explain the mortgage process as completely as possible. I want each borrower to understand the process and to be comfortable with everything since obtaining a mortgage can be an intimidating and scary experience.
