Danica Hicken

Hi! My name is Danica. My favorite part of working as a lender is putting together each piece of the puzzle to make a loan work! I have worked in finance for nearly a decade, with a large portion of that as a mortgage lender. I'm an analytical person, and I've naturally gravitated to work with clients that are focusing on building real estate portfolios. In my time as a lender, I've been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of clients with unique situations for their financing - chances are if you have a tough scenario, I've seen it and might be able to make it work!

I'm a Utah County native, and I live here with my husband, Zak, and our two children, Hayes and Ronnie. I love to read, bake, and workout on my Peloton (I'm a HUGE Cody Rigsby fan)! Our family also loves to travel, and we often plan our vacations around cities that have MLB teams so we can visit different MLB stadiums!
